When to Buy That Piece of Art

It's simple ... when it speaks to you.

Viewing art, whether a sculpture, a photograph, a mixed media piece, a painting or any piece of art, will evoke an emotion. If it evokes love, buy that piece.

Many people, however, hardly ever view art. Well, ok, art is not for everyone.

If you even think you may be remotely interested in art, go. Go to galleries, museums, art fairs, openings by individual artists. You will gain an appreciation for art. You will fall in love with something. Could be just a beautiful piece of pottery. Start there.
